House founded in MMXXVI · Paris IX

Phở 98,
a grand salon.

A Vietnamese and Chinese table dressed like a Parisian salon — gilding, night velvet, Sichuan hot pots and signature soups.

Our house

A meeting of two traditions, set for Paris.

In the heart of the IXth, Phở 98 brings together the finesse of Vietnam and the depth of Sichuan Chinese flavors, in a setting conceived as a grand salon — sculpted golden bar, tufted banquettes and crystal cascade on the ceiling.

Every service tells this double heritage. At lunch, our set menus around phở and bobun capture the elegance of a brasserie. At dinner and on weekends, the menu expands to hot pots, fish in sauerkraut broth and spicy specialties from Chongqing.
